By working with Dr. Minoj Dos at the Institute for Integrative Therapies, Hans has helped lead multi-day workshops leveraging oral ketamine for deep inner journeys, helping spark personal exploration and follow up integration for all participants.

Voice dialogue Therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach that focuses on facilitating communication and understanding between different parts of a person's self. It is based on the premise that we all have multiple inner voices or "selves" that influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Tibbetan Buddhism
For the past 32 yearsm, Hans has been an active practitioner and community leader in the Nhingma School of Tibetan Buddhism, studying directly under HE Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche.

Hans served 11 years as a member of the board of the Chagdud Gonpa Foundation, a foundation created by HE Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche. Hans is also a cofounder of The Minneapolis Nyingma Group (MNG) which formed in 1993 after a small fellowship of like minded folks interested in Vajrayana Buddhist practice met with HE Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche in Wheaton, Illinois for a weekend of empowerments and teachings. MNG consistently hosts dharma events in Minneapolis-inviting Chagdud Gonpa Foundation Lamas to teach and give empowerments to whomever is interested.
